First time to fish the Hiwassee in 2017. Went by myself, arrived at the river at 7am and fished until the water came up at Tower around 11am. I caught around 22 Bows all 12" to 14". I hope to fish it several more times between now and the first of the year.
Beautiful place, gorgeous water! Good fishing. Right up the road from Big Bend.
